ok so get this, my dad took my xB in to get my tires high speed balanced, cause the shake like a mother at 80+ mph
anyhoo, the rotated em and said i need new ones bad, so that is understandable, considering they are kinda worn
well here is the twist, they tell my folks, i wasnt there, that the stock tires are "racing tires" and will cost more to replace
i almost peed myself laughing when they told me this

There is no truth to that. The stock tires are POS!!! Looking at the thread pattern can tell you they are an all seasion tire and not a racing tire.
