Default Question for the Offset Gurus

I've been out shopping and researching but in the FAQ there isn't much about 15" wheel fitments, so I was wondering if someone could give me a ballpark estimate on the following.

15x8
F +33
R +23

Tire size would be whatever fits. I would probably have to run these on stock suspension but the plan is to go with the Tein S-tech springs in the future. I want to get as much of a dish in the front and back as I can without having to make much, if any, modifications.

The FAQ is showing 15x8 F+32 R+18 with a 2" drop so I'm -assuming- that what I have up there would be ok with the stock height and even with the less agressive drop.

Am I right or am I missing something? Am I looking at fender rolling?

That's a good and safe offset choice, but make sure you get a correct size tire, if you only dropping the box 2", there are couple of people here with 15x8 you can check out their rides, you can try stretch your tires a little bit to be in safe side but I don't think you would have any problem. good luck with your combo !! u can probably even go by 9 with the same offsets.
just stretch the tires a little.. with 15's.
the rims are so small.. its not gonna rub too much

I'm not sure if you plan on running the flares or not but if you do you could go with something a lot more aggresive looking. I ordered my 15x8's with a -25mm offset (yes, that says negative) in the front and a 15x8.5 with a -32mm offset (yes, negative once again) for the rears of my xB. I'm not sure how much work is needed to get them to fit in there, but I'm sure it won't be much more then a little trimming here and there. For tires I'm running the new Toyo Proxes 4's in a 205/50/15 in the front and a 225/50/15 in the rear, here's a shot of the wheels just so you have an idea.

There is no way to go 9" with higher offset than +19, (that's with crazy amount of grinding on the welded bar) Sean

Well this is where this truth starts sucking: different companies measure different wheels differently. Sometimes even the same company measures different wheels in their lineup differently. I've seen 9" wide wheels with like a +28mm work on a bB with no spacers. Very weird... offset numbers can usually only be taken as a general guidelines unfortunately..

WOOW, is that for Rear wheels?
After reading all about the offset and working on my own setup (you know), that's what I came up with, but you are the Boss when it comes to wheel fitment, It's nice to see you back, take care Sean

I cant see how a 9" will fit. I have an 8" with +18ET and I've got maybe 2 mm of room in the inside rear (control arm clearance) and Im flush on the outside rear. There is some more room in the front, but I'm sitting slightly outside the fender in the front (+18ET as well). To fit another inch of width would require another 25mm somewhere and i wouldn't even begin to know where to put it.

Magnaflow, those rims are totally badass but I think you're going to find you need some pretty extensive and irreversable bodymods (or some really tall bumpstops) to fit those puppies.
