Tom Is the most helpful person in the sales field my husband and I have ever met. All we have to do is call him and he can quickly solve whatever problem we may be having at the time. He never seems to mind doing anything for you at any time of the day or evening. That is just amazing to both Eddie and I. I guess that is one of the reasons that we have bought our second Scion from Tom. We are a two Scion family. We now have a XA and a XB and we proudly like to call Tom our friend and not just a salesman.
