Default Looking for advice for a smoother ride?

I just put in my Napa sensatrac shocks. Its amazing what a difference it makes. Know how sitting in the backseat on even a slightly bumpy road results in a sore neck? not anyore! Im telling you these things smoothen out the ride incredibly in the back you can still feel it a little in the front(but you didnt replace the fronts so duh)

I would highly recommend these and they only cost you under $80 for two, great buy

Can you do these yourself? I've not very automotively inclined, but I always did want a smoother ride, the xB is way too bumpy.
