Default Interesting Alignment/Handling Issue in the xB

So I have an 06 box w/20k miles riding on TRD 18's & DF210. I life in S.F. and drive on horrible surfaces all the time. So I hit a major pothole my passenger front tire pops, and my alignment goes out. I had taken the car in for an alignment about 2mos prior and had some -2 degrees camber on the passenger wheel, and caster was off by like -/+.4 degrees or something so I replaced a bent strut and shock hat and it was visually better, drove better, but it still would hang with negative camber when on the rack while the driver side wheel would hang with no visual camber. Well after hitting the pot hole the toe is all bad, and the camber was off again but not as bad, so the shop reset the toe but told me that I needed cusco plates or similar to be able to set my alignment. My question would be is it possible to have my passenger wheel off bad enough from the factory that I need to get an adjustable upper plate or do I have something else that could be bent/misaligned? I am going to get the spec sheets and scan them for both alignments shortly.
