Default What do you recommend?

Ok, ive got some extra cash, and i want to know what you guys think the best lowering springs and struts and shocks are for an Xa. I dont want more than a 2 inch drop, somewhere around 1-1.5 inches is all. Im going for performance, so ride quality isnt that much of an issue.
(ive got about 400 bucks to do all this) so your opinions are appreciated!

Hotchkis Strut Bar:

Suspention Guide:

I'm sure you'll be able to get the strut bar and springs for 400, I think the shocks will be more than that.

I'm trying to decide between the Eibach Sportlines (2" drop) or the Tein S Techs (1.7" drop). I've seen an xA with a 2" and it looks pretty good... I don't have any money right now, so I have time to think about it.

Strictly performace? Do you mind stiff ride?

If not. Go with H&R race or Megan Racing springs

Then save 500 dollars for a nice set of Koni Adjustables for the xA.

i have df210 springs, and i'll probably upgrade to get some trd shocks and struts later on. i have no idea if this is good or not. but, i like to keep the trd theme going.

I've got Hotchkis springs and think they do great...about 1 3/4" drop got them cheap.... guy sold them for $50.00 (used - 6K miles...he wanted a lower drop) and ordered the bump stops from Hotchkis for about $12.00 (with shipping)...so $62.00 I've got a lower ride that I like!...make sure and check those classifieds on the boards and with your local scion clubs.....help save me some cash for my next mod...headers or front strut tower bar (any recommendations guys?)

think you will need to wait on that till you know what springs you get and how low the drop turns out...I'm still using stock shocks and struts..the ride is not that unbearable.....and I'm going ot wait till I learn a lot more about them and what people recommend for my drop and weight

I've seen a lot of threads about shocks and struts and the conversations go back and forth so I haven't been able to decide myself on what to get
