Ive thought about lowering my xB about 2 inchs. Right now im running the stock 15 inch rims with upsized tires, cant remember the size right now. Heres my question, if i lower my xB 2 inchs, do any mods need to be done in the fenderwells in the front, right now, they rub when i turn sharp. I plan to go to 17 inch rims, low profile tires. any suggestions???

 

use the right size tires and you wont have any problems.

 

17 inch with 40 profile would work fine.........

 

...or 45 series work too

 

Hi,

My car is lowered about 2". You can check my profile for a before / after picture. I also have 17" rims with 17" 215/40 tires.

All work fine together. I might go down 1" more.

 

i believe my tire size is 195/70/R15, what yall think??
