Default Good quality of ride

Does anyone now of a good quality spring that will drop an Xb 2 inches and still give a smooth ride? New to this stuff but figure ask the people who would know. Not going to race the Xb but it is a commute vehicle. What do ya guys think about cutting the stock spring to drop it cause I know we used to do that 10 years ago on cars but I have grown up I think. Any in put will be greatly appretiated.

don't cut springs. it's bad. for a 2 inch drop, most people like goldlines, tanabe DF210's, or Tein S.Tech's. to smooth out the ride even more, many people go for Monroe SensaTrac shocks at the rear (and sometimes front too).

Why is it everyone I talk to that lowers thier rides 2 inch says they ride like CRAP. I drive alot and dont want to have to wear a kidney belt to drive my Xb. Maybe they are using the wrong type of springs can anyone shead some light on this subject?

If you don't mind to spent the money get some tein coilovers with the pillow mount. The are adjustable in height and in softness (hardness). I have them on my xb and I had them on my eclipse gsx. Great quality product and the ride is great!
