Air Suspension
Considering putting an air suspension on the XB, want to be able to lower it to the ground but keep at least the stock height for winter driving in Colorado? Any suggestions on systems? Anyone in Colorado Springs area do this kind of work looking to make some money? Let me know

Taz -- How much for the kit?
The complete Universal Air Suspension kit (including air management) retails for $2200. The kit includes the following...
2 VIAIR 380C Chrome, 200 PSI, 100% Duty Cycle Air Compressors
1 200 PSI Pressure Switch
1 9 Switch Chrome Locking Switch Box
8 "Blow Proof" 1/2 Valve
2 Universal Air Suspension Aero Sport
2 Universal Air Suspension Air House 8.5"
1 D.O.T. Fittings & Airline For F.B.S.S
1 Aluminum 5 Gallon Air Tank (Fits Under Rear, Will Not Rust!)
1 Set of Scion F+R Brackets
2 Relay/Fuse Pack
1 Bolt Pack
2 Safety Check Valves
You can also choose to add a set of Koni Struts for an additional $550. UAS claims that this makes their kit 100% bolt on. Exactly what that means, I do not know. They also have options for gauges. Both analogue and digital.
As far as what to recommend? There are a few different options out there, Universals kit being one of them. It is probably the most difficult to install. Though it really isn't all that bad from what I have seen.
Airlift/Easystreet is probably the most popular option, but it has it's drawbacks. They have had issues with "popping noise" from the front strut as well as positive camber issues. You can deal with camber issues by adding a set of Cusco camber plates.
One of the most expensive options is Air Runner. The quality is great, but you really pay for it. You can get the basic kit with manual controls for a little under $3000. If you are willing to spend several hundred more, you can get electric valves, and even a remote system if you choose.
If you are really looking for a shop to do the install for you start with one of the shops listed here...

I doubt any of those shops carry any of the brands from that thread. If they do, it might be Airlift / Easystreet. If you are going to have a shop do the install, you are best to get them involved with the parts selection. Showing up with boxes full of parts and saying "install this" can lead to a lot of trouble. If something goes wrong the shop can say, "It was your part." And when you go to the manufacturer they can say, "it was your installer."
If you want further advice about a particular system, just let us know.
