what is the best paint to do this.

Yo man, you mean like spray paint? if so i second that question, i want to paint my CENTER CONSOLE but with spray paint, i dont care if i have to re-touching it, i just want to get rid of that ugly "dull" grey it looks like

um.... i actully used automotive paint, and had my dash smoothed...

before covering it in suede because i was unhappy with it...

hey i've painted mine. i didnt smooth the area around the guage but when i paint the rest i will. if your gunna diy you have to get an adhesion promoter to get the paint to stick to the plastic bulldog wroks very well.

i did the same with mine sorry no pics but i just used an auto duli-color auto spray primer and it works just fine been done for about 3 months i did mine is metal flakes silver paint

With the oarnge car above it looks like their is 2 different finishes with the paint. Almost like a matte on the dash and a gloss on the counsol. I was wondering if that is true and also if there is glare on when driving?

im pretty sure he did make it a flat finish on the dash because of the glare! i have a little bit of a glare from the white. but i also dont have the whole dash painted.

Yes! That is exactly what I want to do. I want to two tone the interior. The top dash would be painted white while the bottom part would be black. I think that would look so good. I'm just not sure how to take the whole thing off. It's probably quite a job and a half!

the top part that he has painted is easy the rest is very hard to get out! theres alota work to get it out.
