Default Chipped paint.

Aargh. I'm trying to be so very careful, but I opened the door next to a li'l brick wall and chipped a little paint right on the edge of the door.

So, good people, what are my options? It really isn't major at all, but I'd love to get it fixed... Can I do it myself? Will it cost much at the dealership? It really is next to nothing, just some tiny dots or white on my shadow mica in a very small area...

Sounds like the one chip in mine (arrived with it . . . so nice). Ine also has tiny bit of white on it but when I use Meguiars Professional #7 show polish on it, then Meguiars #26 wax, it hardly shows at all.

I use a Colgan Custom bra for any trips. That's helped keep my front end in good shape. Around town I drive very cautiously and keep as far away from trucks and others as I can.

Touch up paint, from your dealer or here:

Also, try slightly fraying the tip of a toothpick to use as the applicator.

Lot better control of the paint than the huge brush or roller ball tip!
