Default Rim paint color?

My rims have paint damage from normal driving as well as from careless personnel doing tire changes and balancing. I've been thinking about repainting my rims for quite some time but I can't settle on a color. My top three are grey, black, and gold but I'm open to other ideas. I also thought about stripping them down and going with the polished look but I gave up polishing when I sold my motorcycle years ago.

Let me know what you think might work best. Photoshops are very welcome.

With that color scheme, I'd go with black. Red calipers and drums with black wheels would mirror the black and red stripe.

I'd color match the middle to the rest of the car, paint the lip black, and red the calipers and drums

I was in the same boat when my old wheels were white and I wanted change. I stripped them down, put a machine finish on the spokes. Then masked off the spokes and painted them BSP. Your wheels aren't all that different than mine were. Or just scuff them and shoot them either TCM or gunmetal. They looked trick and someone liked them so much they traded TRDs for them.
