that's a stock grille for an xB that's been painted.
there's an one piece eyelid (aka FFF (front face finisher) that is covering part of the grille.. if that's what you meant...

and the visors look like esams

the eyelid, or grill piece is 2 elements, just as squallLHeart mentioned.
1) stock grille painted
2) FFF (aka front face finisher) is a custom fiberglass piece
