Default xB Wheel Questions

I just ordered a Polar White xB and im wondering what wheels to put on it. I was wondering if i could see a white xB with these wheels or something similar so I could see how the colors look.

Also, would the 18's fit?

What would you guys recommend?
Thanks

You don't need to see it. It will look good. ;)

Anyway, yeah, the r1s make the 18x7.5s in a +40 or +42 offset. If you stick some 205/40 tires, or 215/35 you shouldn't have any problems fitting, even if you're moderately lowered (1.5")

This part is just for aesthetics, but hey, you wanna look GOOD right? ;)
However, you're wheels are going to tuck inside the fenderwells a little bit. You'll need to go to ONETONGARAGE.COM and get soem rear shims from Van (he's da MAN!) at least. If you wanna get it looking super trick, you could probably stick on spacers on each wheel, and get it nice and flush with the fenders.

I think van is somewhere on this forum too, but you can go check out his stuff at onetongarage.com and get his email from there too.

The Axis Hiro's are sweet looking wheels. Much better than the R1's in quality if you ask me. However, I think you may be out of luck for fitment. I don't think they make Axis Hiro's in a 4x100 pattern. They make new sizes all the time though, so it may be worth checking out.

However, if these aren't the wheels I though, then I think the 225/40s are going to rub. You can check that link above for more information, but I don't think they have your setup posted.

It may come down to the offset, but I'm guessing it will rub somewhere...

If you're looking for wheels, check out Brett at the wheelwarehouse. He is real nice and straight up. Tell him your preferred budget and he will try and work you a deal.
He is also a professional, and can answer many of your questions more accurately.

Make sure you ask for Brett. Tell him that Anson with the scion xB sent you, and let me know what he said about your wheel fitment.

I dont know if this makes a difference, but that wheel is the Axis Reverb, not the Hiro.

Huge difference. The reverbs are frikin nice... and they have 4x100. Probably have a +40 or +42 offset. I don't think it will fit with your tire size you mentioned above, but you can squeeze some 215/40s possibly, and 205/40s or 215/35s definately.

You're probably going to want some spacers to fill out the wheel wells.

Call Brett at the wheelwarehouse man. He will help you get those wheels, answer your questions, and give you a great price to boot. He may even throw in some free spacers and stuff if you ask him.
