Where do you buy wheel spacers?

You can call me on idiot if you like but I have never bought them before. I am going to get a set of Drag dr20's 15x7.5 and I am going to run a 195/55/15. I have read on a few different posts that a 4 or 5 mm spacer will be enough. I put that additional info in the thread so if I am wrong you can call me stupid also. Thanks for any input.

I've gotten them from ebay and pepboys before, they run like $15 for a pair. Those would be for a set that would go on the front to clear the brake caliper. I'd also get the OTG rear spacer shims for the rear to bring the rear wheels out closer to the fenders and they are like $70 a pair and go between the trailing arm and hub.
