Default 17" wheels/2 inch drop/spacers..question? :)

Hi guys, i DID do a search btw, but i'm still new to this car stuff to be honest, haha, but yeah, i'm getting some 17" x 7 manaray vr5's this weekend, getting some springs for a 2(back) 2.2(front) drop as well(Tanabe DF210s.)....would i need spacers to pull this off in the back? Or would i be okay without them.

Thanks for the help

ALSO, how important is allignment, they'll bolt on the wheels/tires for me for no cost, they sayd they'd install the lowering springs for $80.00 which isn't too bad I guess, but $50.00 more if i wanted an allignment too. so yeah, thanks for reading this and thanks for any replies.

take care
jeff

Without knowing the offset of your wheels, we couldn't say if they need spacers or not.

Most people don't get an alignment after spring installs. There's very little adjustment available in the xB anyway...

So, what's the offset?

You dont need spacers.... You barely clear.. mostly is about a offset of 45 and above that you will defenitely spcers.... But one thing.. you will want spacers.. the rear wheels will stick too in like mine!! I have the same size wheels and width with the same offset

Get H and R spacers 5mm front 15mm back.... I'm not sure if you need fender rolling

I dont think i'll need fender rolling for this size, but i'll look into that....where can i get those spacers? just like, pepboys or somtin? Also, would it be much of a difference with those if i went with 45 profile tires, as opposed to 40? Thanks alot
