I know Progress can go up to 4". If your looking for something to run at a track these might not be for you but they will get you low. You might want to look at Cusco, JIC, D2, Ksport

Just installed the progress coilovers this weekend and they slammed the heck out of the xb. If you don't install the rear spring collars, let the spring sit directly on the perch, and don't install the factory lower spring insolator it drops way down. I didn't take measrements, but with the stock wheel/tires the rear sat about 4-6 inches off the ground. It was drivable, but my exhaust was scraping on every bump. I didn't put the fronts all the way down, but people say they can put the front factory lip about 3 inches off the ground and almost lay the front of an aftermarket lip down. They're pretty insane!

yeah k sports can go that low as well. if you have narrow enough wheels with 40+ offset. i can put stock lip kit on the ground.

Naturally the rear is pretty bouncy with the stock shocks. I had the df210's on before these with Monroe sensatracs 5870's and the ride was pretty good. As soon as I dropped on the progress the monroes were bottoming out on every small bump. Had to put the stocks back on, and it's pretty bouncy now in the rear, but the front rides good. Just count on switching the rear shocks for something softer.
