I want to sell my rims... they were an option at the dealer for an upgrade and i got them and when i measure them across they are 16":


but someone looked at the dimensions on my tires and said that my wheels are 15?:


Which one is it

 

Those would be 15" rims. The measurement is at the base of the seat where the tire nest to the rim. If you measure there you will get 15"

 

can anyone tell me the width of these rims, offset, or bolt pattern. THANK YOU SO MUCH IN ADVANCE

 

The width is stamped on the inside, It can also be measured. Take a wheel to a tire shop they have a claw shaped tool that will measure the width easily., with the tire on there. The measurement you need is between the flats at the edeg that hold the tire in place. Rims come in 1/2 inch increments basically, so if you found a way to measure between the 2 lips you could pretty much guess what the width is (it would be close to some whole or 1/2 inch).

The bolt pattern if they were on you xB is 4x100MM. The offset is again stamped inside the rim...you need to take one of these to a tire shop....they have the proper tools to measure such things, anything anyone can say here is simply a guess, as most rims come in different bolt patterns, widths, offsets and diameters that may look the same but????


Are you sure there are no stamped numbers on the rim...if there are a tire and wheel store may be able to crossreference these to give you the data you seek without measuring.

 

Bolt pattern is 4x100 and I *believe* the width is 6.5"

 

6.5 is a probable width for a rim like this on an x ( I would guess 6.5 inches also) ...measurement or data stamped on the wheel, is the only for sure answer.

 

What the guys have already said is the right answer - the numbers should be on the wheel, it's probably a 15x6.5 with most likely a 35 offset, and a decent tire shop should be able to measure it all up quite easily.

Those were some mighty expensive wheels at 665 for the set.
