A friend of mine is selling a set of 17X7 or 7.5 not too sure of Motegi 6spokes with the gun metal and polished lip, im sure most of you have seen it. They have been sitting in s garage for over 2 years I would say and one of them appears to have a bit of rust allong the sides. Anyway he wants to sell them to me for $200 , a more than fair deal, But can the rust by removed with a rust remover on these wheels ? , and with no tires is this worth it ?

 

Is it the right bolt pattern and offset?
Never heard of aluminum whee;s rusting though, could always try and clean them before you bought them. I'd get them for $200 if they fit and you liked them, if they won't come clean you can always repaint them.
