Default H&R Trak Wheel Spacer question

I have a set of the 25mm spacers for the rear of my xA and they make the rear wheels sit very flush with the fender... SWEET looking.

I tried then on the front just to see how they would look but they make the wheels sit out WAY to much. I was thinking 15mm for the front maybe... so 2 questions.

1) Would 15mm be what I would need to match the back or would it be more like 10mm or 20mm?

2) How would the smaller spacers work exactly? The nice thing about the 25mm is that they have countersunk holes that fit onto the stock studs. This makes it so that the stock lugs fit flush with the spacer surface. The spacers also have their own set of studs already attached to bolt the wheel to. VERY VERY easy to install but i don't see how a thinner spacer would be able work this way.
