Default Need help to choose wheel offset/size N tire size

I am looking into a Falken Hanabi 15x7 or 17x7.5.

The 15x7 has a 42+ offset with a 205x55 Falken Ziex Ze 512 for $619

The 17x7.5 has a 32+ offset but don't carry the 42+ offset with a choice of Falken Ziex Ze 512 205x45 for $779 or Falken Ziex Ze 512 215x45 tire bundle for $719, kinda funny the 205 are more expensive.

I think my current setup has a slight rubbing issue at the rear. I have 15x7 with 42+ offset wrapped around a 205x50 cumhos.

What do you guys think

i think 42 offset is too sucked in. maybe he rubs against the inside of the wheel well plastic and shocks
