Default SRP xB on Tanabe NF210's

Before:

After:

Took 2 hours total with a friend. That included getting and returning the strut spring compressor, so about an hour and a half to do the actual work.
Got the springs for $140 shipped off eBay.

h3ll yah man. thats the same springs i wanted to order. i was torn between the NF210s (1.7f/1.2r) and the DF210s (2.2f/2.0r). you just made up my mind. did you have to get en alignment after you were done? any problems at all? i plan on doing it myself also.

No problems at all. I haven't taken it in for an alignment, for a few reasons.
One, it's been about 5 hours since I got done.
Two, I'm waiting for it to settle. I figure by next weekend it'll be good to go.
Third, unless I missed something in the way the strut is mounted, camber and caster aren't even adjustable on these things, so the only thing that could be out is toe. The top plate only mounts one way, and there are no adjustment slots in the mount/strut tower.
I probably will take it in anyway, as even with the stock springs, the steering wheel was clocked to the left a couple degrees. So I'll have the toe adjusted and the steering wheel centered, and be good.
Just follow the guide that's posted in this section and you shouldn't have any problems.
I read it a couple times, and had it in my head, but I didn't have to have the computer with me or anything. It's insanely simple.

Edit: grammar

well the df210 are the lowest you couldget . Here is my setup, df210 with monore front struts that are for a 2002 echo witch are a 1/2 shorter than stock, and the rear i have monore shock 5870. so the df210 are way lower that the NF210's

I've had NF210s on my box for about two and half months now, and I think that they have just finally settled.

I think the ride is perfect for a daily driver. The car is pretty low, but you still clear parking dividers by about 1/4-1/2".

With DF210s, I'd be afraid of cracking the front on dividers.

i dont know yet, thats why ive been asking all the questions. i sent ebay auction listings for both sets of springs plus a link to this thread to my brother to see what he thinks.

have you had any problems with carring weight in the rear. i dont carry much but i had 5 people in the box once and the rear did look quite low. thats the only reason i thought about going with the NF210. i just don't want to rub my wheels. im staying with a stock size when i buy my rims ( Konig further - i hope ) i did like the height of your front bumper.
do you have any second thoughts at all with slamin the box that hard?

if you get the df210 no becouse the front sturts are always going to be under pressure you are going to reduce the life of the struts thats why i got the monroe ones fo 60 bills more im more happy , and for the rear i change the out to shorter ones and it did help my ride

I think the ride is better actually. Not quite as harsh.
