Default Recently bought an XA, having problems with rims!

Hello, I am new to the community of ScionLife.com. I have a 2006 Scion XA and recently bought rims for it. The rims are called Rota Impact (17x7 50mm offset) and 215 tires all around. After installing the rims, the rims were rubing against the black bar in the rear. The front has no problem with the filiment. My question is how come it doesn't fit? Can I not use these rims at all? The rims really rub in the back of the black bar. TIA.[/b]

50 offset is really far man. the stocks are 38 and i think they are too far then

your problem is the offset is too much, try around a 40

So does that mean I need to get spacers? And if I need to get spacers do I only get them for the rear? I already have the rims so I'm really trying to get to use them.

you need at least 10mm spacers if not 25mm

Also make sure to get spacers that are machined for hub centric rings. You will also need longer wheel studs.
