Default Where is a 12V source under the dash?

I recently bought some blue light up pedals, but I can't find a 12v Power source under the dash. I looked under there and saw many wires and I was stumped . I ended up hooking up a 12V lap battery to it, but I hate having giant battery on the floor . Anybody have light up pedals and have found this or does anyone just know?

The fuse box is right by the pedals. A fuse tap might work. I've never used one myself -- anyone out there have first-hand experience?

I tried to find my way around the fuse box, but I got nowhere. What I really want to do is find the light switch connection, so the pedals would go on when I turn on my lights. I could still use the switch too, but I haven't decided what to do yet :? , but i need power first

Hey Daniel,

I didn't know it was you untill you said "Costco man". Thats funny. I know what you mean by the switch, I have one, but how do I get to the battery from the bottom of the dash? I installed some underbody lights to the battery, so I figured out how to use the battery and how to ground the wires, but I only could find one hole that goes from the dash to the hood, but it tight rubber around it and I cant fit one more wire through. How did you get your neon light wires through to your battery?

under the center console where the shifter there is a blue wire harness with a green wire. tap that wire for your positive and your pedals will come on with your lights

One of these might work.
