Default Wheel Offset

I've been reading around and searching and I've found conflicting sizes.. The noob thread has a link that states stock tires are 15x6 with 39 offset

Then I found when searching that we had 15x6.5 with 38 offset

I really want to buy these new rims but I don't know what hubs I'll need.

The new wheels are konig britelite with 38 offset 15x6.5

thanks all.
