Default Tires and lugs

i bought some rims locally that need some TLC but i was curious i can't seem to find any info on what lug nuts to use (threading). and for 17's should i stick with 205/40/17 or up it a bit to 215/40/17? thanks for any help and input

scroll down a bit, youll find:
M12x1.5

id go with the 215/40s because theyre really close to the stock wheel diameter.

use the tire size calculator at 1010tires.com to see what i mean.
