Fog Light Rewiring

I just did this mod. I've been meaning to do this for a while but I didn't think it was gonna be as easy as this. Did it in literately, 2 minutes. Not even. I'd recommend this one to be added to the tech section.
Just to clearify. If you put it into the green slot they still automatically turn off when you open your door/ turn all your lights off, but remain on when you turn your parking lights on. So now instead of coming on when you put your lights in the Headlight notch, they turn on with the parking light notch and remain on with the headlights.
the red wire is if you want them on at all times regardless of the headlight position.

so, couple questions.
1. you can turn them on when the driving lights are on. i know this, but can you turn them on without the driving lights on?
2. have you figured out what it is that makes it so the fogs cant be on when the highs are on? if not, figure it out!

I believe wiring the gray wire with the green one, makes the fogs able to turn on with the parking lights on, rather than just the main headlights.
The unmodded harness only allows your fogs to be on with the headlights, not the parking lights.
Wire the gray into the red slot to have them basically able to be on all the time. With your headlights on, off, etc. Correct me if i'm wrong someone.
I wired up my VRD's just regular. I usually have my headlights on all the time since they shut off when I open my door.

from what i understand... u will have to put the gray wire with the red one for it to be on whenever. whether you parking lights or headlights are on or off...but it will stay on so u have remember to turn it off all the time...

Personally I am not in a rush to find a way to keep the fogs on with the high beams. As it is already my HID lows overpower the fogs and highs, I only have the fogs for appearance. I will take a look at the wiring some more to come up with a way that it will work and still auto off like stock.
