heh this is pretty cool... but what are we supposed to post here?... are the threads from the "all other cars section" going to be transferred over? or do we start all new threads?...

I'm still waiting on that FJ cruiser...

edit: hmm this is too lame of a way to kick things off... let's get some discussion going...

What SUV are you most excited about...?

even though it isnt an SUV i would love to see a heavy duty Tundra. im a sucker for an inline 6 diesel and a dually. nissan is currently kicking the big three asses in value and power. why not Toyota jump in?

Sign me up for an FJ and a Scion compact truck/suv. awd that gets 30+ mpg.

I'm looking at a different box, the Subaru Forester. I drove the RAV4, but the lack of rear bumper decided me against it.

It's a toss up for me between a new fj-cruiser or a classic fj-40..

I have an '05 Rav4 L 4WD...the 2AZFE kicks butt with 4WD . it weights roughly the same and does 0-60 in 7.7 sec . i love having zero problems getting power to the ground on an agressive turn with good throttle...no spinning the inside front tire

I can only imagine ZPI's turbo kit, head package....their line of engine performance parts on a 4WD 2AZFE

Well if you love your '05 Rav4 then you're going to stain your pants when you see the '06 with a 269HP V6 and a 0-60 time of 6.3 secs!

what's with the tendency to redesign cars bigger and bigger these days...
the CR-V isn't even listed as a compact SUV anymore b/c it got so big... it looks like the RAV4 is getting there too
