The last 300 Toyota MR2 roadsters are being sold as commemorative special editions.

The TF300 MR2s are priced at £18,015, £865 more than usual. Each is individually numbered and has seats upholstered in leather and Alcantara.

Numbers are stitched into the back of each seat and can be specifically requested by buyers if still available. Toyota suggests that if you've got a penchant for a popular number, say 007, you should get in touch with your dealer soon.

Besides the upgraded upholstery, the TF300 MR2s also have twin stainless steel exhausts.

Performance is identical to the standard car, the 138bhp 1.8-litre petrol engine bring the TF300 from 0-62mph in 8.0seconds and on to a maximum of 131mph. Combined fuel consumption is 38.2mpg.
