Nice article. I know UOT does a lot with teaching TPS strategies. I read an article about them teaching TPS to the LAPD recently.

We drove through Pueblo during the blizzard white out conditions last year. You should see how CDOT has torn up I-25 thru the COS in 06 and 07.

 

Would probably be a good move for them.
