Is there going to be a new server added for sl anytime soon? if not what would it cost for a new one to make the fourms faster? perhaps we can start a donation for a faster server? only reason is because ive had the worst time trying to get the site loaded today. worst then ever! just a though

 

I think the problem is the login script... something screwy is going on. We are running on three servers right now and things are better, but still need improvement. I am going to try to get things fixed pretty damn soon!

 

ya me too. scionlife sometimes takes forever to load.

 

I am aware of the problem and trying to fix it... each time we implement a fix we get MORE traffic and that slows us back down.

The site used to run slowly with 100 people in the forums... now we constantly have over 200 people and it is running about the same speed...

The next server we add will be another SQL server. Maybe in a month or two. These things cost $$$ and we need more sponsors to pay for it!
