i'm sorry if this is somewhere else but i looked and didn't see anything. how do i change the appearance of my tC avatar?

 

At the left end of the dark red stripe above is "User CP"...

Click that (it takes you to the User Control Panel), and there you will find "Edit Avatar" along with a bunch of other things.

That's where you do it!

Tomas is right for changing your avatar... but if you want to actually edit that particular picture of a tC, you'd need to save it to your computer, edit it, and then upload it again.
