Here's one to try...

Hotmail Support

Good luck. I understand they do not always respond. (This info is from Hotmail users, of which I am NOT one - haven't been since Microsoft took them over years ago.)

I submitted a report, and the page where it was 'accepted' said they should respond within 24 hours. We'll see.

almost GUAR-ON-TEE that it is hotmail.
I administer our email server here at work, and we put it in writing that we do not guarantee delivery to hotmail addresses.
It's almost impossible to depend on hotmail.

if you need a good free email acct, try hushmail.com (it's even secure!)

Hello Tom,

Thank you for writing to MSN Hotmail Technical Support.

In order for us to quickly resolve the problem, we need the information at http://postmaster.msn.com/Troubleshooting.aspx to be sent to our Domain Delivery Support Team.

The answers to the questions should be sent to the e-mail address specified on the web page. Once the message is received by the Hotmail Domain Delivery Support Team they will be able to assist you in troubleshooting this issue.
