Default Deleting Posts

Ok, I've been searching for a good half an hour now, and can't seem to find a way to delete my posts, though it clearly says "Edit\Delete" as an option. I can get in to edit, but am for some reason missing how to delete. I know this is a ridiculous question, but can anyone help me out here?

Generally you can only "delete" a post if no one has replied after you. Like if yours is the last post in a thread, you can deleted it until there's another reply. Then it's stuck there and you can only edit.

Oh, and if you can delete it... it's the button in the upper right of the post.

Correct, you can delete your post with the at the top right UNLESS your post started a new topic and someone has replied.

If you need a post deleted and you can't do it then use the button to report the post to the moderators and they will handle it.
