I agree ont he firefox thing. On the same exact computer if I use forefox instead of IE, its not been an issue for the past year!!

any head way? I use Firefox at home and IE here at work... both with the same results. I've been trying to change my profile info and pics for months, but everytime I click on "Profile" it logs me out. No matter if I clear my cookies/ temp internet history/ etc...

 

I shouldn't have to use Firefox. They should just fix the problem.

 

idk, i think firefox is a better browsing experience

 

I may give it a shot. It just sucks that every other site on the internet (that I browse) works okay except for this one.

ok, I'm able to edit my profile with the link you posted. Just wondering why I cant do it when I hit the profile tab.

you click on profile, and then right there on the top left corner, it says Blue_Batmobile's Vitals and then to the right of that there is an edit button

 

Thats just it, when I hit the profile tab its says login. Then, when I login it takes me to someones vehicle specifications page .

99% of the time the problem occurs with someone using MSIE on an MS operating system.

99.97% of the time it is cleared by clearing the MSIE history, and the cookies that have anything to do with ScionLife.com.

The rest of the time someone has a corrupted file somewhere on their system that is causing the problem, and it is cured by repairing permissions, loading a new copy of their browser, or fixing disk or memory errors.

One thing ALL these problems have in common is that they are on the user's computer and must be corrected there.

(Personally I've been on ScionLife since January 2005 and have never seen the problem myself, since I don't use any Microsoft products, so all I can do is report what others have experienced. OS X 10.5.6, Firefox 3.0.4 on my MacBook laptop these days.)

 

I haven't seen this problem either, but I'm firefox or no internet at all

 

(At some point in the reasonably near future ScionLife.com will be moving to new software, and this problem will hopefully die a long deserved death. Hang in there!)
