freedom of speech?

I resent the implication that information is moved from here because of a product bias among the staff of this site, and that simply is untrue.

it is useless to have a censored debate
We can get specific without it becoming personal.

"Know that if the things you wish to say are true, they will come to light on their own accord."
these issues have been brought to light time and time again. someone, im not gona say who cause i dont wanna get personal, keeps these issues out of the spotlight where they should be, and sweeps them under the rug.
does anyone else feel this way? or is it just me?

moved from: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...650&highlight=
normally, brett, this would get moved to the moderator-only areas, but I have moved this here so that you may keep it public as seems to be your wish.
I don't wish to get into a confrontation with you, but to continue this discussion in the previous thread (https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...650&highlight=) is unfair to the original poster, and is off-topic.

Having spent my time in a jungle many years earlier, please allow me a quick response to the "Free Speech" portion of Brett's complaint.
First off, from what I understand the only things disappearing are personal attacks, which every one of us agreed not to do before we were first allowed to post at ScionLife.
Secondly:
("Freedom of Speech" is not a term that applies to any private site that allows posting by members. The US First Amendment only applies to not allowing the US government to censor most speech. As soon as you step into a private site like this, you are in someone else's livingroom, not in a public space, and the owner - the person paying the bills - can set any rules they want and a poster can either agree or leave. No problem, but just trying to correct an all too common error of perception about the internet. Also note that if any site is not in the US, the rules can change drastically...)
OK, I'm done for now.
