I'd like to start a forum for Pennsylvania Scion owners. A place where the different sections would be different cities and what not. Just a place for scion owners local to the state can discuss meets and help each other out with mods.

Id like something free, simple to navigate and setup, and something that would be able to handle pics and emoticons so it wasnt so boring.

Im computer illiterate, I could use some help
