How do I Delete a Post
I have tried to read the help pages and to search but I can't find out how to delete a post. When I click the button that says edit or delete post i can edit but it won't let me delete it. I even tried to delete the text of the message then click submit but it give a error that you must type a message.

Well, probably the easiest thing to do for it right now would be to click the 
button on that post, and leave a note that you would like us to please delete the post. There may be some delay until a SuperMod gets to it, but it WILL disappear.
