Which phpbb mods do you use? Do you come up with your own?

I'm developing my own forum and like the way the announcments/stickies are separated. I also looked for a quick-reply but haven't found a good one like yours.

I have so many on this forum that I am afraid to even TOUCH the code anymore. phpbb3.0 is going to be released in beta in the next month or two. As soon as it is available I plan to upgrade. It will be nice to have a fresh start and the new version incorporates MANY new features so I won't have to have as many mods!
