Private Messages going straight to ...

Default Private Messages going straight to ...

the Outbox when i send a message now. I am buyin a part from someone and paid for it and all and now he needs my address but is he gettin my PM's when there in the outbox and not in the sentbox? I cleared out my sent box to have none in there and my inbox only has three PM's now but are the messages sending or is he ignoring them somehow??

If they are in YOUR Outbox, it just means they have not been read yet by the other person.

Aghhhh Ok thanks a lot!! I don't use this site a whole lot and am still trying to get use to it because i want to start using it more often! Thanks for answering my question!

But yea there in my Outbox not my sentbox.

lol think of it like mail..when the mail man drops off your mail, its either in your mailbox which is essentially the "outbox". When you open your mail..then its considered sent because you took the mail out of the outbox in order to read it.

Right, when the other person reads the PM you sent, it moves from your "out" box to your "sent" box.

Another hint: So long as the PM is still in your outbox, the other person has not yet read it and you can still edit it OR even delete it.
