There are three vehicles in the Registry at the moment showing an 'average' of 5 stars when if you look at the profile, they have ratings much lower than that. Also, there's another one that seems to be stuck there without a photo. It was rated 5/5 at some point and then the photo is gone so it can't be rated anymore, but remains at the top with it's 5/5.

 

I ran my cleanup script and it seems to have taken care of the problem.
