Default Scionlife security issue!

Ok, so I'm on my computer trying to log in and I press the wrong key. Well the autocomplete function kicks in and listed two names I am unfamiliar with and have NEVER used on my computer before. I am very territorial of my computer so no one touches it unless I am home and have given explicit permission to. I did a google on the login names and both pointed to scionlife. Both of the people drive tC's and have myspace pages as well. I would like to know what the f@ck these login names are doing on my browser autocomplete form and if there is a possible trojan virus on scionlife.

I will be sending a pm to these people personally to try to figure out what is going on here...

Edit: I also just realized that both of these people have pm'd me before. None of the other login names that I have received pm's from were in the autocomplete form.

That is not a security issue at all... that is your browser autofilling the form with names that have been entered in that form field before. So if you PM'ed someone then your browser remembered that name and is offering it as a potential solution to the form input.

All usernames on ScionLife can be viewed, but you can't get into their accounts, etc, without their password, and THAT isn't something that you can get!

actually now that i think about it...

i forgot that happens... using my browser, whenever i type in something... it lists potential autocomplete things..

well.... it's weird sometimes how browsers will categorize form fields and it comes up with something that had been written somewhere before.. but still memorizes it and puts it there.. in a form field similar but not the same... but hey... it's still there.

Missed the lockdown - oh, well...

Most browsers use the field's "hidden" name which may not be the same as what the user sees as the name of the field on the form.

It is possible, in fact quite likely, that more than one field has the same "hidden" name.
