Updating Garage pictures

I hope Im posting in the right spot, I did a search but couldn't find anything relevant, I'd like to update the pictures in my garage, I've made changes to my car since the last time I posted. I get a message to contact an Administrator because I dont have permission. I apologize if I'm posting in the wrong place.
