Default Vehicle Registry Problems

Everytime I go in to add my tC to the vehicle regisrty it won't let me click the button that says add. Reasone for this is because I can't fill out all the fields for some reason it won't let me fill in anything under the color box.

If anything you should probably be adding it to the Garage here on the new site.

O.k. I added my car to the garage but I still wouldn't mind adding it to the vehicle registry.

Sorry to gravedig, but I'm having a similar problem. I'd REALLY like to have a my car showing underneath my avatar too and I actually can't even access the vehicle registry page itself anymore (previously I was having the same problem where I couldn't select my color).

I honestly think having the rides and past rides posted underneath the avatar is really fantastic feature that's unique to these forums, so I'd really hate to see the issue go unfixed.

Are there any plans in actually fixing the vehicle registry at the moment?

Internet Brands is aware of the registry problems, and is working to fix them.

You are right that the registry, with its search features and tie-in with our avatars and profiles was one of our most popular and unique features, but sadly it is that very uniqueness that is part of the problem in fixing what is broken.

Perhaps they will stop by and let everyone know how they are progressing.

Thanks for the update. Please post on this thread if it ever gets fixed. It's good to know at least the problem is being addressed.

We are looking at what is causing the registry issues. We had resolved them, but they seem to be re-occurring.
I seem to be able to get through, but not add the vehicle color.

Recall, also, Adrian, that "vehicle color" is not a fixed number of historical colors, and that new ones are added by the manufacturer over time, and that they need to be added to the registry and avatars.

In fact, there is a new xB2 color this month...

I believe the registry should be working - and yes Tomas I recall about the colors being dynamic.
Sadly I am not certain as to what colors we are missing (if we are missing any)

Works for me now too. I had the same problem with the two vehicles showing at first. To get to the registry page. Click on your username UNDER your avatar and you can delete/edit the vehicles.

For you it should be this:

Make sure you're logged in. Click on one of the rides you currently have under your avatar and that should take you to the vehicle registry screen. In the top right corner of the table there should be a button to delete the car. Here's a pic to help.

When you add a car, under vehicle details, just make sure you select the option of "PREVIOUS OWNERSHIP" instead of the default "CURRENT OWNERSHIP".

I know this. I did it twice. Lol. And still came up as current.
And I even tried to "edit" twice and that didn't work.

As it is, I can't add a picture to the gallery still either. But there's no rush for that...
