Hi I'm one of the Miami loosers and just wondered why there was no place for us loosers to console each other and communicate?

Also, I would like to know how 3 people from the same family were lucky enough to get chosen from thousands of other potential winners. I mean what are those odds??? I found this out from WeDriveScions because he was trying to sell 2 of the 3 rings his wife, him and his father got at the event. Lucky people indeed!!!!!

 

Maybe cause he is a "Super Mod"...

 

If that is the case that is just F'N wrong to high heaven. I'm not a happy miami looser right now. I was pi$$ed when I didn't get to go but now to find out this is unfreakinbelievable!!!!

 

Wish you could have won cause it would have been cool to see more than one person I knew there.

 

But that is wierd that three people won from the same family....sounds fishy to me also

 

tim alone got to go because he was a super mod.. that was already set.. no contest.. no drawing there. it was an arrangement that everyone knew about.

as far as the rest of his family... they won thru the drawing.
big coincidence? sure... but it's a bit late to discuss what happened.

not tim's decision.. his actions.. not his fault..

he had nothing to do with the selection of names.. nor did anyone here on scionlife responsible for those names.

all the people were selected by scion and by the marketing group.
i didn't get to go either.... so there's no need to be a sore loser... get over it like everyone else. the event has long past.

you got issues... bring it up to the big man.

These kinds of posts really set me off. The SuperMods were handpicked to go, yes, but we were not snuck into the 300, we were add-ons. Mark Templin said there were 328 owners in attendance. The SuperMods did not have a hand in the drawing process. If you have a problem with who was selected, take it up with BMG.

 

I hear ya that it's long over but we still get to see those silly miami winners logos and then there is that special forum for all the winners to talk amongst themselves.
Seems like everytime I "get over not winning" My nose gets rubbed in it all over again.
Just loose all the Miami stuff so we don't keep getting reminded that the rest of us are loosers.

 

Anyone can now reply in the Miami Event area, and the icons above the avatar are (almost completely) gone.

 

uhm.. that certain forum has long opened to the public for posting since the event has been over... and those logos are gone as well..

some people have saved that graphic and put it in their avatar.. but anyone can do that.

and yes.... i'm just part of the same group that didn't go either.. and some individuals i do agree rub it in.. but it's best to let them be.
