Would be easier to keep an eye out for potential buyers with a WTB (Want To Buy) specific section in the Classifieds

Haha... well, it is my own site, so it isn't really outsourcing. The great thing is that you can save your search and the site will email you whenever someone posts a matching ad. Pure genius!
