Scion xB 2004. The car was about 10 years ago purchased at auction in New Jersey. Was told that came from the Texas State repossession of two years sitting in the parking lot. Nothing fancy. As usually Toyota have low maintenance cars. After about 10 years of driving we decide to up grade a bit. So, we switch from the regular oil 5 - 30w, to full synthetic. Was replaced the cooling old hoses with silicone hoses set. I was looking also for the new hoses for the interior heater radiator. I can not find to be red color hoses that are made from silicone. Because we not use the car for long time driving the Battery has no time to be charged. Was replaced the original Alternator with new high output 200Amp Alternator. After replacement the car perform better than was expected. We replace the highlights with LED 5000k high output.
The car is little in the street and in the night time need to show lights, that Scion xB is on the street present (just to avoid accidents in the State of New Jersey).
