Anyone ever tried this LED setup in your vehicle?

It's only $4 and is set up to shine the line in multiple directions. Seems like it would be good for lighting up the front footwells or to light up under the front seats. Just snip the connector and you have + and - - easy to hookup.

Anyone? I'm tempted to give them a try. On ebay, it would be $12.00 shipped for two of them.

Give it a shot man.

Personally, at under 3" long, I think you would need at least 3 per well. Also, the ilumination would be spotty, not a nice even glow like cathodes.

But I bet they would put some interesting patterns on your headliner if you would mount them in your grab handles.
