trd struts and shocks

can any one that has the trd struts and shocks upgrade tell me how the ride difference is between stock and trd and how easy are they to put in myself

yeah, I would also be interested in this... Performance gains, comfort loss, etc.

I've heard that they'll help with stuff like brake dive (or whatever you want to call it) and the lift during acceleration. Then again, stiffer springs will help that a little as well.
