Default Adjusting rear seatbelt height?

Anyone found a way to adjust the rear seatbelt height? It hits my wife and I wrong on the neck when we sit back there and the booster seat for our daughter that has worked in every other vehicle makes the seatbelt got pretty much over her head.

We use belt positioning boosters (like a normal car seat, but without the 5 point harness) and even then the belt seems to be positioned at an odd angle where it attaches to the car seat. I too wish it were possible to have the rear belts adjustable like the fronts.

It could probably be done with enough money and a donor xB to get the front sliders out of.

Definitely do something though, either a belt positioner like hotbox suggests, or new belt positioning seats.
